I think the idea was not just to bash you and get you to "quit bemani" but to help point out that creative endeavors like these (making good stepcharts, making compelling visual art, coding, theming, etc.) take a long time.

Generally, most people value their time and aren't willing to give it away for free to someone else unless they anticipate it being especially worthwhile. You admitted that your skills (stepcharting, art, code, theming, etc.) were lacking and you misinterpreted helpful advice as criticism, which suggested your leadership/project management skills might not be ready yet, either.

And, that's okay. No one is automatically good at anything; these things take time and practice.

I would encourage you to pick one thing you want to improve at – be it making good stepcharts, or coding, or making graphic art, or whatever – and practice it. Demonstrate that you are putting in the time yourself, and other people will be more willing to provide feedback and maybe even help you out.

BUMP: Err, strangely I realized that my above comment wasn't completely appropriate, since everyone, even myself, are expressing their worst fears right here. (I didn't notice how this theme based, but I'm literally trying to ensure DDR doesn't die, even if I disagree with some of the suggestions other users have made.)

I joined "ZIV" when I was 14 years old XD, and as I did not know how to publish or anything, I did not enter "ZIV" more than to download songs for "SM5", until now little bit I just understand how to use "ZIV", besides, in my profile says when it was my first publication that was recently Few days ago
