"that's crazy"
I missed out on a day, so I'll post 2 games.

#30: Street Fighter IV; NOT Super Street Fighter IV or any other remixes. Just Street Fighter IV.
http://www.coversresource.com/covers/Street-Fighter-IV-Front-Cover-32747.jpg

I love this game. I like the roster that was in here. I like that there is an unlockable system. I like that you can view endings and such. The game made it seem more like a home-console-oriented game than an arcade-with-3-modes game. The Opening theme is also epic and is the best Opening (in my opinion) in the whole Street Fighter IV series. I think the main problem is when Super Street Fighter IV came out, that was decent, but still had downgrades. Then in a spand of 2-3 years, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition and Ultra Street Fighter IV was getting released, and it got really redundant, with an overwhelming roster. Anyways, back to Street Fighter IV (1.0), this game has an epic soundtrack, great Opening, amazing Character Select theme, and I was legit excited when this game was first announced.

#29: Wario Ware Inc.
http://www.mariowiki.com/images/thumb/c/cd/Wario-ware-inc-mega-microgamesUSA.jpg/250px-Wario-ware-inc-mega-microgamesUSA.jpg

If there's a game I'm addicted to, and keep starting over and beating, it's Wario Ware Inc. This game is full of mini microgames and it's really entertaining. This series pretty much like the DDR series: died off, but the fanbase is still alive. Wario ware has influenced many people to make a game of minigames and such, rather or not they wanna admit Wario Ware Inc influenced them. Anyways, the microgames are challenging, and you should definitely buy it if you have a gameboy advance.

Metal Gear Solid (I through IV)

A series I've really loved as a teenager. The gameplay is still very fun and the story is great, although very long winded and pretentious at many points. Many also complain that the games almost have more cutscene than actual gameplay, which seems true at points, especially in the fourth game. Still not many video game stories are as detailed and well thought out as the plotlines in these games. I've included the first four as I love them all roughly equally. I've never played the fifth one and don't really plan to.

First bout into Time Crisis, and a damn good start for me. I think the story is the best out of all the Time Crisis games. I also really like the stages. This was also the 1st Time Crisis to introduce the weapon select system, has a very good soundtrack, and overall, this game started my love for rail shooters.

Don't worry if I write checks - I write rhymes.

If I was making this list a proper indication of where my favorite games would be, this would be near the top. I'd argue Top 5, even. I absolutely love this game. I love the boxing, I love the large array of characters of all weight sizes, I love the analog flick control scheme, I love the atmosphere, I love the character customization options, I love the soundtrack, I love the career mode, I love the different modes of attack, I love the replay feature every time you knock someone down, I love the subtle nuances that go through each match the longer it progresses, I love the little in-game mini-games you can get if you hit certain punches right, I love how you can play mind games with your opponent, I love the flow of every match, I love taunting the opponent, I don't love how inactive the crowd is at times but that's forgiven because everything else about this game is great.
The best part is that you can have the motherfucking Burger King be your trainer. He can even come out to the ring with you in later matches to cheer you on. Product placement at its best.
I might play this game now, since I've got it on the mind. I recommend you all play it too.

Banjo Kazooie

This was the game that I played most frequently on the N64. Great gameplay and atmosphere for the time and has amazing music done by Grant Kirkhope. Still great, even if at its core most of the game is centered around exploring and collecting different items around the different worlds. The music when you fight Gruntilda at the end is still a complete masterpiece.

Both Bravely Default and Bravely Second had an incredibly addictive turn-based playstyle to me, but I'd peg BS as just a tad higher for the writing... and lack of repetition. I honestly liked the characters more in BS than BD. Not that I hated them the first game, but Magnolia was more fun than Agnes, Yew was a precious nerd, and Tiz was not a boring stick this time. Edea was always a cutie. I feel old laughing at these incredibly cheesy jokes, but that said I really enjoyed the humor. The last boss is one of my favorite bosses ever because it is just so effin rude. Egh, not the secret boss; the last plot boss. But the secret boss's secret music is one of my favorite tracks in the game.

#28: Def Jam fight for NY aka "YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
http://product-images.highwire.com/10151863/def-jam-fight-for-ny-xbox-pal-medium-poster.jpg

Holy cow, this game was legendary! A roster including rappers and celebrities, an addicting story mode, a fighting system that combined Tekken and Smackdown vs Raw (tbh), and Snoop Dogg as the final boss! Also, don't forget about when you're about to do a finisher move, you most likely yell "YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" before you fuck somebody up with whatever finisher you have. The game is honestly straight forward, but most players (like myself) would restart the whole game every once in a while. I wouldn't be surprised if anyone listed this game as #1 in their favorite Xbox (or PS2 or Game Cube) games. Anyways, yeah, I highly recommend you play this game is you haven't already.

The game that inspired my username (Why no, I'm not related to Dr. Seuss, but thanks for asking)!
If someone were to ask me to make a top 5/top 10 best racing games of all time list, this would be very high, if not number one. MC2 vastly improved what the first game tried to do tenfold; you really felt like you were doing some illegal street racing in the streets of LA/Paris/Tokyo, and rising through the ranks, getting people salty as you take their cars and becoming the GOAT, all while evading the cops too! One of the most important aspects of a good racing game, and especially an arcade-style racing game, is that you need to feel like you're going at ridiculously high speeds, and this game pretty much perfects that feeling, even on the dinkiest of cars (And they even accomplished this without going 60FPS!!).

Perhaps one of the best parts about MC2 was the soundtrack; if DDRMAX2 (the first version I ever played at the arcades) didn't get me into techno/hard trance, then this game surely did. The fact that they were all from artists most people never heard of (including 3 tracks from Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter) really enhanced the feeling you were part of an underground racing syndicate. By the time you race in Tokyo, it starts venturing into hard trance territory. For example, Michael Da Brain's "Brain 21: Something For Your Mind (Kaylab Remix)" is one of the best tracks you'll ever hear in a racing game, period.

Unfortunately, I felt the Midnight Club series peaked with 2. When 3 game out, the game felt slower, the locales weren't as exciting, and they relied on more mainstream music by ditching the hard trance/techno. MC:LA wasn't much better, either. Oh well, at least you can easily get it on Steam now, though I don't know if it will work properly on modern hardware. Either way, it's an essential game to own if you're into racing games, and especially the game's soundtrack.

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/6a/SSX_Tricky.jpg

This game is snowboarding perfection. Period. No questions asked, and any disagreeing statement will be null and void.
Sure, a lot of the game is essentially "SSX 1.5" more than an actual sequel (save for the new snowboarders and the Garibaldi/Alaska levels) , but the enhancements they've made, from the courses, to the ahead-of-it's-time sound system, and especially implementing the best controls ever for a snowboarding game, makes this one of the best racing/extreme sports games of all time.

The original SSX wouldn't let you turn while you were holding the jump button, which was something a lot of people had to get used to. Well guess what? They pretty much kicked it to the curb, and races now have a rival system where if you constantly beat one boarder down, they will remember and they will go aggro on you on subsequent races. The existing levels hardly look like their predecessors, and overall look more complex than the original, back when it was a launch title. You also had an all-star cast voicing the snowboarders (Billy Zane, Lucy Liu, Biff Naked, and Jim Rose among others) that really bring the characters to life

Each of the songs in this version, especially with the dynamic system where it changes depending on if you're in the lead, or trailing, or in a shortcut, really enhance the atmosphere of each course. Top all of this with a ton of bonus features showing behind the scenes footage, and you have a very meaty game that I've still played on occasion, over 15 years after it's launch.

And I will say this again; every snowboard game should have a trick system where the D-Pad determines your spin/flip while the shoulder buttons determine your grab. I have no clue how the Xbox and Gamecube versions got around to it, but it fits so perfectly with the DualShock 2's button setup, that it really is the peak of perfection.

SSX 3 was okay; I prefer individual levels over one large, steaming one where it feels like everything's the same, and the soundtrack was meh. I can't even remember when I played On Tour, either.

SSX 2012 was a step in the right direction, though they adopted a really weird face-button trick system that feels very awkward, especially to those used to the ones in the previous games.

But anyway, if you have to pick which game in the series you must play, make it Tricky.

This series in general has been one of my favorite, if not, my favorite arcade racer of all time. It's worthy driving game that keeps the intensity of Ridge Racer, a lot of licensed cars, and a kick-ass soundtrack done by Yuzo Koshiro. If you see this in an arcade, give it a play. Make sure to pick up a card as well. I can't wait til 5DX (It should be that.) comes out stateside. DDR came back, and when this does, I'll be so happy.

Oh yeah! How nice, lucky me!

People always seem to give this entry in the Mario Kart series flak for its interesting premise: two players on a kart at all times. I think these people should give the game another look, because it's a mighty enjoyable experience. What it lacks in roster size, it makes up for in track design and overall ingenuity. I like it. Don't need a paragraph to explain it. Next one.

I am bad at every single Donkey Kong game ever... except this one. I think I went through it multiple times or at least twice 'cause I had to get those blasted arcade coins twice. I loved all the characters as a kid, and even (most of?) the bosses were cool. Probably my favorite part of this game was just how exploration-heavy it was. You jump things, climb things, hide in things, crawl under things, swim, transform, take pictures... just seek out everything you can find. Even if you're not looking for something, there were oodles of places where you could goof off. But alas, that was too big a feat for me alone, and it's one of the few player's guides I bought to finish the game. Probably never 100%ed it, though. Also, the multiplayer mode was crazy.

SIGGY, you stole my #27. I'M TELLIN' MAH DAD.

No, just kidding.

#27 for me is also Mario Kart Double Dash, for some different reasons.

This was the first Mario Kart I've ever owned. Usually for other first-game-I-own-in-the-game's-series games, I most likely loved it and it introduced me to a brand new world. Games like DDRMAX2 USA, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, Tekken 3, Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Street Fighter 2, Mario Kart Double Dash, etc. Anyways, jumping /into/ the game, each character had their separate special items, the stage settings were amazing, and it wasn't MLG impossible shit like other Mario Kart games. This was one of the first few Game Cube games I bought, and I played the hell out of this game. Lol, I played it so much, I'm surprised my disc can still read and play perfectly without lags or scratches. If you never played this masterpiece, go to a game store that sells retro games, and purchase this!

Speaking of Mario Kart...

#27 MARIO KART 64
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/7e/Mario_Kart_64box.png
Very charming and funny.
I especially like how it's more expressive and comical like this: https://media.giphy.com/media/tNiFCzpRHlo1W/giphy.gif
(I lol at this alot too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-pyMhUB6I4)
I also like the enviorments and they are so charming!
My personal favorite track is Toad Turnpike, I like the city setting and the obstacles, and the color schemes used as well.
(also the mario kart 8 remake of this track makes me so moist)

One of my favorites.
(sorry if this review sounds cringe-y i'm bad at writing okRoll Eyes)

Bomberman 64: The Second Attack

A game that completely flew under the radar, I'm not sure anyone besides me has played this game. In my opinion its the best Bomberman game by a long shot. Has great music and gameplay, the elemental bombs are a neat idea, and the final boss of the game is God himself. A vastly underrated game.

#26: Dankey Kang Cantry Donkey Kong Country 2

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c3/DK_Country_2.jpg

This game is really amazing. It has an epic soundtrack, a few epic stages, and a different story. In this game, the MAIN CHARACTER of the series is the one who needs to be saved. Diddy and Dixie Kong travel to Kong Island and go through some difficult obstacles. Don't be surprised if you see this game on some type of "Top [insert number here] good SNES games" list. I even did a let's play of this whole game. I rage a lot, but it's worth it. Also, of course, if you never played this before, play it now and pretend you've experienced Donkey Kong Country 2 for a long time lmao... jk.

Oh goodness, my husband's a HUGE Bomberman nerd, yet he didn't finish this game until a couple years ago, after getting a copy off eBay. This is prolly his second favorite Bomberman game, after the first one for 64.

On this N64 nostalgia trip, I almost just mooched Super Mario 64 off of SomethingRandom, but I can think of another Mario game I didn't ragequit...

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/3/32/Super_Mario_World_Coverart.png/250px-Super_Mario_World_Coverart.png
... I actually I did quit this when I was younger, but came back to it in high school. Think my sister and I tag-teamed our sanity and got to the end. I also had a wonderful cartridge that erased my save data every once in a while.

Not sure what it is about this game that's oh-so charming... probably a bunch of mechanics that I rediscovered/remembered when Mario Maker came out. Riding Yoshi, the cape, the snazzy music, some of my favorite Mario sprites. The original game had oodles of places you had to seek out, and the bonus stages maybe weren't outstanding but they were silly, pointless fun. And you get to save Yoshis... before sending them down a cliff as adults.

I like the atmosphere this game has, it's very nice and feels so classic and still feels modern.
The color schemes are nice too.
And the songlist is joy as well.
HOT LIMIT, Moonlight Shadow...
And it's looks much better than it's predecessor as well.

An awesome single player campaign, and awesome multiplayer on PC. I love the levels in this game. They're very interesting to look at, and the music is very good. If you haven't played this, play it.
