I once saw that tidbit about MAX 300 originally being 400BPM. To me it sounded like whoever wrote that mistakenly was remembering the MAX to the XXXimum rumor from the DDR Extreme days, a supposed removed 400BPM MAX song that was reworked into The legend of MAX.
