Since I'm not good with stepcharts, I went ahead and sent a request via PM to Braeden47 for some stepcharts.

I narrowed it down to two songs because of this, so I'm officially claiming:

Raveland (Wicked Mix) / Marusha (I already edited it down to be less than 3 minutes)
Eternia / Formic Acid (this is the less than 4 minutes "Video Edit", which was impossible to cut any further without it sounding weird, but I easily imagine it being a boss song with a stepchart similar to Bloodrush from ITG).

If Eternia isn't doable (and I'll honestly be sad if that's the case), I can easily pick a different song from my earlier post.

Stepping. That shit is hard for me. I need something like beat gather's edit mode. Otherwise I think I could make my own stepfiles.
