I'm pretty sure Al2k4 disabled the blink definition in the [span] tag, because these words you are reading right now have the [span style="text-decoration:blink"] tag around them.

Maybe it's just Internet Explorer, it fails just as bad as Vista, but I'm too used to IE to want to change. (I have tried FF, by the way)

Whatever happened to him, anyway? I stumbled upon his name a lot when I was still lurking the forums.
And a little info: The blink tag is not supported on IE on almost any version. They were deemed as an annoyance (so far that they're as annoying as those animated smiley ads, some people say). I don't know why Firefox (possibly as Netscape Navigator back then) chose to continue supporting the blink tag.
