No, sorry.
- It increases the ZIP size, like, 5~10× the original.
- If someone else gets your file, and they don't like including videos, the video you included will be unused.
Just a music file and an SM file. SSC optional.

Also I definitely like the new voting system. It adds much more flexibility. It worked really well last year (I think).
