Yeah, they'll probably be released on PS2 or PS3 in the near future. No, HDV won't ever be a GFDM Boss song, that's ridiculous.

Yeah...Not sure how H-D-V would fit into GF/DM unless they did some SERIOUS remixing or something.

There are several SN2 songs that could be used in GF/DM. Unreal, NGO, and volcano are ones I can think of on the top of my head.

Nah the only songs that can be used in GFDM is We Are, Zenith, Revolution, and Escape to the Sky. There might be other ones but these heavily use guitar and drums. We Are.. is their best song imo. I hope we see better boss songs. The boss songs in V4 weren't very challenging/good. Except FT2 Miracle but that was from V3.

Like IIDX GOLD, the V4 boss songs (except Kyokutou shiki and REVOLUTION) do not really deliver. I can even compare Slang or ICHIMOUDAJIN to what I think of DENJIN, AKATSUKI NI TAORERU or Sense 2007 respectively: good songs (not exactly great), but not worth playing much.

I hope V5 can get another Zektbach song, this time, without Asaki or Hideyuki Ono. The Zektbach site was launched yesterday, and I think that's a sign.

I still want Asaki.

FYI: Slang is an EES while the ES songs were kyokutou shiki and REVOLUTION, which were not very good songs. Way too easy for "boss songs." Zektbach is TOMOSUKE and Zektbach songs aren't really the GFDM type :\

I'd have to admit Kyokutou shiki is just generic Asaki.

I think Asaki is the one in charge of approving which songs be in the game, if that's what the sound director does.

-_-;; No. Sound directors just make sure that the sound is unadultered. At least from what I know from sound checking. The ones in charge of approving the game are the Bemani staff themselves aka Konami.

I think some songs got their levels re-rated again but I can only spot MASCARADA ext for now...

those are some that i could find....

plus i think there are some new songs which haven't been announced before....

Was listening to a few more of the songs, and recognized that one other one is an anime theme... couldn't remember where I heard it before, but after looking it up...

Shangri-la by chatmonchy is the ending theme for Hataraki Man.
