Hey Archer, there's a save file on GameFAQs that has tokyoEVOLVED unlocked - you might consider downloading it if you haven't unlocked it yet.
I don't mind stepping the lower difficulties, but I'm going to be busy until Saturday.

I've got Hottest Party, and I have to stay off my feet for the next few days anyway, so I can copy the steps for all the charts.
I can't synchronize them though, since I don't have music for any. (I'm a bit leary of downloading a couple hundred meg of music at work, and don't have an internet connection at home, or I'd grab the lineouts)
Should I make the unsynced stepfiles anyway, and where should I upload them if I do?
Or would it be wasted effort because some other site has already done it all?
I have the save off of gamefaqs with tokyoEvolved unlocked, so I could copy the steps for all 3 versions of that too.

Silenttype has already started on Always, so I'm going to recommend you go for Blue Monday.

Okay, I'll do Blue Monday then. And maybe more, if my clever plan of having my CF hooked to my PC and recording my steps as I dance works.
Well, my clever plan failed due to me having trouble reading x1. So instead I used the idea of setting it to 4-player to make a video of all 4 charts at once.
Anway, I now have all the steps for "Blue Monday" complete. However, I don't have it synced correctly.
I'll work on syncing it tonight. If you want the steps, so that you can sync them, just ask and I can email it or whatever you want.
