Yes, looks like we finally might be getting the jubeat plus copious theme soon! Perhaps even before Christmas!
The Japanese are not liking the new hold note addition though.

The location test isn't even until mid-December. The game probably won't be out until February. Calm down...

Hold notes look interesting. Many jubeat charts are getting pretty uncharacteristic, hope this breathe new life into jubeat charts (like how vertical notes made groovin' charts go insane haha)

I wonder if they'll do SPECIAL charts for older songs so they can have hold notes in them as well.

True true, but damn.....we've been waiting a long enough time for the copious theme (we got the knit theme like 3 iOS's ago); it's time! And I hope it's jam-packed with extra features (or at least runs flawlessly and true to the AC ver.).

Not even the RB -plus colette- theme could keep me tied down long enough...

Seen at around 22 minutes
You can see Robin (BSC) in hold version.
Some old charts will get hold version (but the normal will stay as well), so unlike Voltex/Reflec, it seems even simple charts will get new versions
Also, the hold button doesn't have to be released at the end, you can keep the finger pressed and it'll be okay (like Voltex/Reflec, etc...)

Never liked jubeat but this is looking pretty good. Wait until we actually get a song list and I might be able to say it's good.

isn't it against the rules to take video at a location test? how did they get not only a video but such a nice looking one

also where is the combo counter

Horrible implementation imo. youtube has videos of a simulator that has different color normal notes for holds that just freeze at the hit point.

yeah i don't like how there's a tail that extends across 4 squares sometimes, seems like it'd be confusing, especially during sightreading.

Also yeah...not a fan of how the hold notes work...I always imagined holds in jubeat would work entirely within the same panel. Use some kind of special marker that can still show you how long you need to hold the button.

Hmm, are you supposed to let go of the hold panel once the arrow reaches it?
