I'm with Viper on this one. I don't think mines particularly add too much artificial difficulty as much as hands do. After all, considering often they're just bracketed or if it's one of those jump freezes with a hand, just a quick foot switch.

I totally agree man, simfile 'artists' just use mines to make up for their lack of creativity and terrible stepping skills. Take Fasten Your Seatbelts in Mungyodance for example. The Expert 10 chart has a jump stream full of mines at the end which ruins a perfectly good chart. The jump stream would have been fine as they are perfectly valid steps to put in but the mines just make the chart almost impossible to read or play. I think mines should be removed from the game before they ruin it.
