That's pretty insignificant (but still typical of him) in the grand scheme of things.

I'm surprised he's still even relevant at this point.

He was a thing and by that standard he is a thing.
And nothing more than a thing.
And nothing more than a thing.

Anyway, why don't I try posting on topic... My memorable step artists, and ones that have influenced me to start stepping things myself are:
・DMAxel
・nDDRo / DDRMAX 3
・JukuGuy (he isn't around anymore, he used to be on Bemanistyle)
・tsugaru7reveng
・WipEout/w1p3out (I forgot how to stylize his name, sorry)
・and a lot more. a lot of the people on this site are influential/helpful/etc.

Yup. Which he eventually got. It's just he lost his shit times infinity when someone leaked it to people. I was one that got an early copy. He was pissed that he would never be a thing with Konami because of it.

I think his chart ended up in the console equivalent.

so, a funny story...
I lost my HD during this one week. Decided I would transfer everything to a new backup: reformat and restart with new hardware. Lost main and backup. This was the SAME WEEK bemanistyle kicked over their collection due to the website scare. I lost all the stuff I made and had been working on.
This was very disheartening, especially because I had put some 20+ hours into The Island: Part 2, and it seemed like the site to share it shut down.
Ever had an itch that just won't go away? I've got songs that do that to me.
Did the database of work ever get unearthed? I'd love to find copies of my old tracks, as well as figure out where the hell to share these days.

And this is why I do double backups in my system...on a six drive array.

Sometimes starting from scratch is the best thing ever.
Some bad sims are now gone. Good. Some good sims are gone. Oh well.
Try again. It'll be better this time.

wrong, DM Ashura's chart is the Challenge chart added in DDR X2. The rest aren't his.

I was hoping someone, perhaps Daniel, had held on to my old tracks.
And yeah, some of them sit in mediocrity, and some I should have thrown away, but some of them weren't TOO bad. I'll take whatever I can get. Especially the Primus track, because I refuse to do any more Primus after having that BPM-change-binge-fest track done.
Where do you share tracks these days?
