I used the site translator, it turns out this game is still WIP. This is a promotional event I think is exclusive to Koreans, which allows people to input their Phone Numbers for SMS to recieve news about TECHNIKA Q and if you are one of the winners to recieve a new Customizable Gear (?) and a Figurine (?).
Someone who can properly translate Korean, can you help us out? It is frustrating to come up with poor assumptions. Sad

I'm happy with this one (with the songs, characters & the unlock and all).
The only turn off for me though is that there are only 2 & 3 lanes

And now 3-Lane mode seems justifiable to me. Hell, even 2-lane mode does now.

The game does little freezes in songs which I didn't see when I played as a guest.
I really like the Q system, too. Haven't unlocked any noteskins to see if the explosions are different, but I'm guessing they're not.

EDIT: No, the noteskins don't have different explosions. There are less freezes and dropped hitsounds now.

I played a song in 3 lines and it is the same as 2 lines, but the notes are smaller. Why are the notes smaller and why didn't NEOWIZ add another line in the gameplay?

I think they didn't add another line because they thought the circles would be too small or something. Especially for a phone. This is a universal app, after all.

Also, 3 lines adds another line of notes. That's the difference between 3 and 2 lines.
