DDR X2 AC Character videos

Well, it looks like no one is going to get some characters straight from DDR X2 and X3 arcade for now. For some reason, I now prefer those outfits compared to the Supernova ones. But I appreciate you guys posting these videos.

Yes, we know you want BGA'S of DDR X2,X3 AC, all of us want those videos, but that videos are almost impossible to find, and the most near to your request are the videos of "raoh", because i know that the bga's are from ddrx or x2 cs, but for the HD these are the best bga's that i ever seen, and i hope raoh continue with the Good work of the bga's.

Do you happen to remember which song you ripped them from? The speed the video plays at is based on the BPM of the song, so to create Stepmania background videos, we need to know the BPM the recording originated from ^^;

The song is Stealth. It's 160 bpm iirc. I kind of just picked something that wouldn't be too fast or too slow, and that will be the future base for any others I do.

I think I'll start a new thread so I can centralize any work I do on this stuff. Thanks to anyone who is enjoying these videos.

Awesome. I'll speed them up to a couple of relative BPMs and see if they can loop to 03:20 (intro, duration and outro of B4U Glorious Style). I don't think Stepmania 5 currently has the capability to select a random movie file based on the BPM of the song, but it would be entirely feasable to create a set of multi-purpose video files to associate individually with a song file in Stepmania.

Is it ok if I post my successful (or not) proof of concepts? ^^;

Sure, if you can do cool things with these things then that's fine with me.

You know what I actually wonder about is whether a line in player options could be set to play a specific BG video, essentially cobbling together a kind of character select option. That would be lovely.

Bga's of DDR X2 AC doesn't exist at the moment, only Bga's of DDR X2 CS (play station 2)

The only way to rip Dancers BGAs from X2 or X3 AC is someone who can record the screen puting blank edit data on a song and "DARK" option. But I don't think anyone is going to waste money doing that. Who knows.

In terms of simfiles, a full set of Raoh's DDRX CS rips would be much, much better than any sort of X2 AC rips right now.
