If they're really making one for the Wii U, I hope that it will have DLC and doesn't fail like the DDR for PS3.

Has Wii DLC ever had a history of working well...?
Then again, I'm anti-DLC altogether unless it's free and/or actually released on the release date...
By that I mean, I would kind of rather pay for a quality game and not have to rely on extra content to make a game fun. Especially if it costs extra to make it a good game...

I'm seriously wondering how they will put "evolution and revolution" in DDR once again using the Wii U's tablet controller. I'm really curious. Then again I'd be happy just with a bare-bones port of the latest AC version with a couple revivals, but it seems they are unable to do that anymore
.

Watch them utilize the Wii U Controller as:
- Your e-amuse/Wii score tracker which keeps track of all of your scores, calories burned, DDR POINTS, ENJOY LEVEL, etc.
- Show's you the end score/how you are scoring while still playing + a timer to tell you how long the song is going for + other incentives.
- Some new gimmick for you to carry the Wii U controller in your hands while playing to "capture the excitement of dance!!!".
All the ideas i can think of for now, Option C seems to fit the bill, would LOVE something like Option A though

My idea is go all out and have a DDR Online community (nothing to do with the old site). Have Dance Teams that would be a la clans in CoD, An online level up system with user tags and what not, Online leader boards, and share scores with your friends and the world. If they really want to so something nuts, have edit mode back and be able to download other peoples edits online and have a "weeks best" an "Weekly contests" for the edits. You could even put the edits on a USB and play them in the arcade. Just the edit mode idea alone would make the replay value for this game endless.
If they go all out on this, this could very well bring back DDR in the US.

Those are very interesting ideas, hopefully Konami is listening/reading!
