I think someone was bored on their Mac while making the Dub-I-Dub background.
Also, the Lom one originally came from Max1 (IIRC, OMES ending?)

^ Those are quite badass. 
I dunno... I kinda LIKE how DDR Universe's bg's aren't jumbled with text (except subtlely; like the graffiti "SLAM" on the left side of it's respective one), but I also DISLIKE how their banners neglect it.
