the kinnect can still pick up other players/moving people and movement from behind...my dog gets picked up sometimes...

still i think it will be a japanese excllusive...i doubt the game even has a big enough western following....

Dance Evolution/Masters IS REALLY good, so much better than Dance Central or Just Dance or Everybody Dance, just wish it had more songs, hopefully, the arcade version will have much more, and I REALLY wish that it had, like DDR, boss songs, you know, like, instead of impossible stepcharts, make impossible choregaphies, but not THAT impossible... it would be soo fun!! Either way, can't wait how it turns out!

I'm quite pleased by this. I loved it for the 360 (even though I wasn't very good), and this could potentially revive dance games in arcades (if it ever makes it to the US).

There is Dance Evolution AC location test at Pyongpyong Gamepark, Shincheon, Seoul, South Korea.

I heard that test is until 2nd week of february... Here is video of Heavy Rotation's routine.

Can you get any cabinet pictures, etc? Is it running on a commercialized Kinect?

It's running on PC and OS is Windows 7 Embedded.

Nice to see they finally made the jump to Windows 7. Hasn't everything else run on XP to this point? Guess Kinect would have something to do with that.

I'm I the only one wishing this used the Boom Boom Dance engine instead?

I think Dance Evolution/Masters is ok to play at home but that game DEMANDS the player to memorize routines, it's actually a pretty hardcore game IMO. BBD is a lot more pick-up-and-play, it feels more like a GAME about dancing instead of DANCING turned into a game.
