Maybe it's one of those KOs that appeals to everybody. I've been playing it since KONAMIX & 6thMIX but I didn't really appreciate it until after EXTREME was out. Still a favorite of mine.

* after #3 comes #4 FELM, #5 NGO and #6 is Trip Machine (PhoeniX) so 4 out of 5 boss songs made the top of the list. I find it ironic, if not interesting, to find that the boss songs made it to the top of the list in both Supernova 2 and DDR X.

I'll post the Universe songs later on. Universe doesn't have player best/favorites
I'll need to get a original Xbox in order to get the Ultramixes, darn shame that Konami didn't want the Ultramixes to be ported over to the 360 it could have saved a lot.

What bothers me is that I don't think I like the way the Players Best or Favorites is determined. IIRC its determined by how many times a particular song is played. You would think that the Players Best would refer to the highest score/grade for that particular mix.

In a nutshell, it's a lot of licenses with the odd classics and other new-to-this-mix surprises. I sense Beginner Mode plays.

Why did you bold A Love Like This? That song can get pretty gnarly. Sure, maybe not on the easier difficulties.

But it's amazing, and I can see myself playing it, and I don't see myself as a beginner. =\

Teach them how to select songs and they'll pick ones in the SN2 folder. Teach them how to change sorting methods and they'll find AFRONOVA sooner if not later. This happened once while I was playing with others, and they indeed picked AFRONOVA. I'm sure AFRONOVA will climb as more people play this machine.

Keep in mind that this machine has only been in 1-2 months, and that BRILLLIANT 2U, HANA RANMAN, and PARANOiA also pop up in Beginner Mode.

Yeah, a machine which has been around for a long time but not played a lot by core players tend to show Beginner Mode Syndrome, and several songs show Default Position Syndrome.
