The Edit Data Folder is the only folder in my USB, and. . . what?
the first file should be named as DDR_EDIT_A.DAT not all the edit data in the folder?

Uh yeah. It will only read the DDR_EDIT_A.DAT top one/ONLY one of the list. And I don't think you can have a copy of the same file name anyway. And what the heck how many folders did you save on your usb? Technically if you saved just one folder from DDRX then you would only have one file called DDR_EDIT_J.DAT . Then changed that file name from the J to an A.
Yeah the limit is one play - one card - one file (composed of 1-30 songs). Unless you had two cards.
Oh also if you don't see the link mode circle on the top right part of the screen, you have to tell your arcade guy to put "on" edit data.

Also, I suppose the library can have more than one folder? If so, then supposedly we can hold up more than 30 edit data (maybe 150)
So open your flash disk, there should be a folder named "DDR_EDIT". Inside there should be file "DDR_EDIT_X.DAT", where X is the region, can be J or A (for Japanese and Asian machines, respectively).
Just let them be there, don't move or rename them (except if you want to change region from J to A or vice versa)
FYI I have tons of data in my flash disk (it was 8 GB and always 90% full) and all DDR X I have played got no errors or any difficulties reading my edits.
