True. If it only exists in game size, then that's technically the full version.

They released a full version on Konami Musicfull, but it has english vocals over the top of it.
Jakazid did a cover of it, which I guess people sometimes mistake for a "full version", and there are enough doujin re-makes to fill a 74-minute CD ^^;
