I actually have no idea on that one, all i know is that it helps unlock those songs for play in the game, as to WHERE you can play them i do not know =/.

From when I used to play Online on NOVA, it didn't unlock the songs for gameplay. You could only play them Online, or on SuperNOVA 2.

Yeah, i would have rather waited for SN2 to come out than to have to play it ONLINE only Tongue

You can export edit data from SN2 and import it into SN1. So when the edit data is loaded it will force the songs to appear in the edit folder(s)...but the songs aren't really playable because they somehow get mapped to Peace's BPM (and song length, you'll never get to the ending of trim!)

I've been playing for almost 8 years now. Started off with the first one, then got Konamix... Didn't get MAX+ until 2003, though... I actually was the first person to get X where I live. (Yes. I went there the day it came out, first person inside, and bought it.)

My local library, one year before they decided to use X, used SN2 for a teen tournament that i participated in (that was also about 5 months after the US SN2 CS release) so i would have thought they were up to date for like, the next tournament....

...to my amazement, i told the lady who ran the tournament and she just replied to me: "Really? There is a new version?" I *facepalmed* LOL

Thankfully i informed her about THIS YEAR'S new DDR games for the PS2 and Wii and the PS3/360 version and she told me that she would spread the word around to the libraries in my county sooo yeah Tongue
