FFR is basically the Wal-Mart of simfile databases. You'll occasionally be able to find good stuff, but generally all you'll find is crap.
And of the good stuff a large percentage is stolen from other members.And the good stuff is usually rated 4/10 or lower.

Yeah, this is a known issue. On real cabs (as in Japanese-operated machines) it was due to bad ventilation (keeping a cab running too close to a wall, in a hot arcade, yo), and this was the inspiration of the SURVIVOR songs (Trip Machine Survivor and Paranoia Survivor) on DDR Extreme.
I managed to get the same effect by leaving a magnetic screwdriver on top of my System 573 unit

Why not Indonesia?
BTW, I heard ITG 1 is also off sync? (I read it on wikipedia if I'm not wrong..)
