Why not just use Skype for that? I think that would be somewhat unwieldy to implement and would also be a considerable bandwidth drain.

Al likes to say that the site isn't using much bandwidth. We didn't think of skype though so that does eliminate the need to implement such a feature.

Oh, well, now that I think of it I dislike Skype's camera-ing, but there's also Stickam; Lord Toon's used it, yes?
