Edit: So if I didn't use Paint and make it look interesting, then It's 100% ok?

Yeah, if you could maybe make the opening screen prettier and fix the Marvelous thing, I'd get that theme.

You don't seem to appreciate how much time and effort goes into creating a real theme. It takes more than a few hours and some hideous graphic swaps. Not to discourage you, but it will take much, much more time and effort before you will have anything worthwhile on hand. Just swapping out the EXTREME background for the X clouds is something absolutely anyone could do. You need an idea, a vision, a goal that isn't just a rehash of some existing themes. By the way, beware/Takuya (or whoever you snatched that EXTREME theme from) and Takuya will not appreciate the theft of their metrics. You can use theirs to learn how to theme, but if you intend to release something, you better have built it from the ground up by yourself.

Also, unless you're pretty good with Photoshop and that, don't bother theming. Not being a bitch here, but I speak from experience. Everyone in Bemanistyle who was in theming from 2006-2007 remembers a certain series called Original Nascence Interface. Worst thing I've ever done in my life.
