Really, suing Konami would only hurt the DDR community. Konami would just respond to a NA lawsuit by no longer producing NA arcade releases of DDR. Remember, with Supernova, some machines were absolutely horrid, some machines were fine (the one in Pigeon Forge, TN is an excellent machine, one of the best, same with the one in Sportsplex in Winchester, VA). Lets see what the verdict is once we get several DDR X cabs out there. The main thing I'm worried about is Konami advertised SD card slots and we got USB slots. What does this mean for edit data for the US? Will we get stiffed on edits once again?
