Nope. Sarah became a victim of identity theft. Which explains the donation drive. The community raised enough money so Sarah has been switching to another host for the past month or so. It's still there, just barely.

If you're using FireFox, go to Tools > Options > Security
And deselect the second option at the top.
The warning only happens on Firefox, so it got rather annoying after reading the posts and clicking the Back button.

I also got confused as to which download button to click on as I've never seen that site before.
The link is on the top box, next to the filename and filesize, NOT the one that appears under the amount of times the file has been uploaded.

I do have a question on the first disc: Was No Crime (track 34?) confirmed for the OST? It seems that it is missing and there are two copies of Ubertreffen in the file. Just pointing that one out.
