No I wouldn't buy DDR Extreme CS if it came to NA because as a PAL gamer that would rather stupid unless I cheat to get it to work.

If DDR Extreme came to Europe with it's 111 songs though I'd pick it up in a heartbeat... and cry that all our releases couldn't be more like that.
