The guy who made seventeen and romance no kamisama is the same guy that also made a kick as HOT LIMIT! and Moonlight Shadow banners, his name was healing_vision back in the days of DDRManiaX.
Seriously made some of THE BEST banners/artwork that I still have seen up to this day in time.
I believe his name is Steve Klise, and was said to be working on the DanceTraX game back before it finally fell through.

I have no idea Xavious..
and they were gotten almost a year ago so I can't remember exactly what was written by the poster who posted them.
Only thing I remember that the poster said was that he found a Japanese website with those banners...
