Wow I wonder who flipped out about #7... I've never seen anyone do that on all the times I've been Troc.
i dunno, maybe it was more because a couple of americans no one knew came in and took scores and played a bunch of hard songs, when most of the people there were playing 8s. i dont normally play sets like that, but it had been a year since i was on an actual machine and i wanted to play some of my favorite doubles charts.
it may have also been because when i picked .59 i noticed your name came up for the score, and when i beat it(not by much, just so you dont think i'm bragging about it. 2 or 3 greats difference tops.) i mentioned it to a friend of mine i was there with who also frequents this site(he lurks, so you wouldnt know his screen name). they may have thought i was bragging about taking a score?
but most of the guys that showed up after that were cool with us, i think it was just the guys there at the time that had a problem with us. i do have to admit, we were loud, didnt care who we swore around, and pretty much were playing the ignorant american at the time. that also could have been it.

7. dont beat the scores on their SN machines. i beat Al's .59 score on one of the SN machines in london and some guy flipped out about me taking a score. passing PSMO, paranoia respect, and max300(SMMM) heavy doubles in one set also wasnt too big in their opinion. they may have thought i was trying to show off or something though, i was just trying to play some stuff i hadnt played in a while.
Best one so far. XDHave to remember to use NOBAR if I travel and take doubles high scores.

The average Brit only knows this simple phrase in Spanish: "Oi, Pedro! Dos beers!"

Tip: SoCal residents are different from your stereotypical, fat hicks. Thank you very much.

How nice...poking fun at Spanish people. I have a few friends (and relatives) named Pedro, and none of them work in a bar, restaurant, or a place where drinks are served. They might take offense to that. Oh, and try not to use the famous phrase from "Napoleon Dynamite". They're tired of hearing that.Post #29 · Posted at 2008-09-30 03:53:59pm 15.9 years ago

dont think this is helping with the image...
These losers are the WORST examples of the American people. Luckily, I'm not like that, and I see other people around me who are not like that.
