So? There are other users that have the intention to sound like yelling but they go unnoticed. Tony's being treated as a scapegoat and that's pretty messed up.

I've never seen anything wrong with his posts, I don't think he yells a lot, or at least, I don't see it.

Only a few people were initially affected by the rating inflation; however, as a result of the system, users they rated were impacted by the new ratings, and it just cascaded throughout the member list.
