Basically, there doesn't seem to be a specified start time, though it does say it starts in the afternoon, so it won't start for at least 4, maybe 5, hours. It'll probably start between 12-1pm Pacific Time.

Yeah, the screen lag is gonna kill its chances in the US. Unless Konami promises the people there that it will be fixed...
