So I've been watching mens gymnastics and have been watching some of USAs stuff
I was like "holy crap holy crap holy crap...WTF, you blew it....HOLY CRAP"
The last US pommel horse routine was amazing. Too bad the the previous two blew it for silver.
Amazing job overall though. Awesome being up there with China and Japan.

I was watching the China vs. Poland Women's Volleyball game last night.
China let them win a match, then trashed the Polish like crazy. 3-1 to China.
Then there was China vs. US in Women's Baskeyball.
End score was 100 something to 60 something. All I remember was the fact that China lost by 40 points or more. O_O

You got bronze. Greece went to the final, and just happened to lose to France. After being the first ever team to beat the US and score over 100 points, that's a little embarrasing, no?

US has 595 athletes? I must have read incorrectly during the opening ceremony. THE US LOST TO FRANCE!? FRANCE!? ARE YOU SERIOUS? (I understand that the US lost to Greece but Greece lost to France and by the Transitive property of inequality THE US LOST TO FRANCE!?)

I hope that Philippines should have at least a gold medal in any sports! So I support not only the US in the Olympics but also to my mother land, Philippines...

...yes. Though I'm sure that if it was a US-France final like everyone expected it to be, US'd kick their arses. I think Greece weren't even expecting to make it past the first round, so to get the final AND beat the US on the way in spectacular style may have been too much for them.Post #38 · Posted at 2008-08-14 04:21:17am 16.9 years ago

One of them fell on both the balance beam and the floor exercise.
It was pretty bad.
