That -30 pixels value is based on 720p, use the code:


local shift_pos = -30 * ( DISPLAY:GetDisplayHeight() / 720 )


to make that value auto-correct for other resolutions.

The 20250430 version has a malware. Detected by Avast as IDP.Generic.

Try uploading it again deleting that malware first.

Note: IDP.Generic is a false detection about lack of digital signatures, not a real virus.
Norton has also complained about it.

Updates: The compiled binary name is no longer "StepMania"
The logic remains the same.

New, fixed behavior for "Boost", "Brake" and "Wave", will be attempted soon.

This is a really cool fork, it's great to have some viable way to have flare.

It's a bit sad that the custom A3 theme is so faithful though, seems some features (like speed multiplier preview) have been removed. Was there a reason why?

I've removed some features from that theme because I wanted to make the theme as AC accurate as possible, so I may have removed that at some point.

At least you get to have the way for Flare in SM, so that's a plus, eh?

Hi, I want to use the DDR A3 theme with this new fork, but I can't get the random videos folder to work. The videos in that folder aren't displaying, and only the static background image is showing. Am I doing something wrong?

I get going for arcade accuracy because the other version of the theme has that as the default settings as well, but why remove the optional settings that the other theme had? That theme was a best of both worlds situation for a lot of players since it could be used as arcade simulation and had extra features that could be toggled on.

To my knowledge, the RandomMovies were broken in the theme for some reason. It's not you that's the problem.

I followed the installation instructions, but the homepage has changed as shown in the image.
I can't even access the normal options screen; it remains as shown in the image.
DDR itself plays correctly.

What should I do?
