In other words, those stupid restrictions will no longer apply when Exceed Gear releases on PC.

Given that Infinite music pack purchases will be transferring to Exceed Gear CS, I imagine the limited songlist of Infinite will still be in force for Exceed Gear (including limited licenses if any). Though we'll probably see some stuff added to the list, but there's no way in hell we're getting most of the AC songlist like Gravity Wars did.

So I suspect most of that list will still be true. But the cost to play will be less (still wonder why the Infinite course subscription cost so much).

So, according to the R1 Information Network Facebook page, every store will be getting one Valkyrie cab in the future. No clue when they will be arriving though. Fingers crossed they'll show up in the summer!

Personally, I'm hoping we get at least a US build, or at the very least, an update that changes language (I know there's an English version that exists for Southeast Asia regions. )

"Season 2" is coming on the 25th! A proper online multiplayer mode is coming, and will work similarly to IIDX, except this is going to be in real time!


In addition, that 5th difficulty will be added to the game (this time, it's called EXCEED.), as well as a groove radar a la DDR/IIDX.

Among the new songs coming? Toby Fox is finally coming to a Bemani game!

Valk cabs are starting to show up in the US!



Burbank has been confirmed to have a cab, and I called MVM and they will be getting one as well, but no idea when.

These cabs will be running a North American version of the game, so fingers crossed we can actually unlock stuff!

So, HUGE news: literally 100% of the game is now available to us, including Premium Time! Not even our IIDX Lightning cabs let you do that with Premium Free!

How’s the translation, are the menu’s easier to navigate now? I had little trouble finding songs with Gravity Wars, but it all went downhill in Heavenly Haven.

Why? Because there's a demand for a localized version of SDVX for the US Round 1's, it's popular here, and Konami is obliging. It'll give us features we didn't have access to before that are exclusive to japan because of Paseli, when we were on Japan's servers and being locked out of those features, and the interface is in english now which will help new players ease into the interface more. Plus the US finally has it's own dedicated e-amuse service now at all Round 1's and it was about time SDVX moved to it. Also it's the first time the Valkyrie cabs have been in the US it's a massive upgrade with the 120 hz monitor, touch screen, better controller and more.

Valk cabs are now popping up at Lakewood, and Moreno Valley just received theirs!
Make sure to call your location and ask the manager if they have theirs before going down there!

And i'm saying this will apply to all ROUND1 locations? Not just these ones, but ones in the USA? I don't think it'll end up over here.....

Valk cab is now working at MVM!



First impressions I have are that it plays fantastic; knobs are a lot smoother and easier to turn than the normal cab, though the buttons feel a little more spaced out; it was also really nice to finally unlock Blaster Gate songs, the Hexa Dive songs, and getting to play everything without difficulty restrictions nor any risk of losing your credit if you fail.

Only criticism I have is that there's no way to get Valkyrie Generator cosmetics; hopefully that will change in the future, but for now, it's mostly a minor complaint.

I like how the jackets are bilingual now. I wonder if this means the US version is going to use the English song titles instead of the Japanese ones?
