If you're trying to keep it true to DDR Extreme 2/STR!KE, you can just get the BGM off of youtube or something and replace the audio files. I wouldn't stress over the BGA since it's a pretty minor detail, and you can just come back to it and re-release the theme once you have the experience to make your own BGA.
