I'm watching videos of the two themes side by side and I'm just... What are you seeing that looks bad in Inori's theme? X'D Option screen in better in his, Clear screen is better in his, you can't have character cut ins in 3.9...

1. have you heard of aspect ratio, you can adjust it in options
2. it did use e-amuse, it's just that western countries never got it
4. models were used, not images
5. it's a HD restoration hun, Konami made changes to the 2nd Mix theme when they remastered in HD as a game mode for X3
and also the download link is literally in the op of the sm5 sn theme thread, either you missed it or you clearly can't read, it's not that hard sweaty
