May I ask if you have seen DDRX with version no. other than
HDX:A:A:A:2009021600 (Hong Kong) or HDX:J:A:A:2009021600 (Japan) ?
and which country they are ?

The only other one I know of is the test machine in Naperville.
Version is HDX:U:A:A:2009020600 (USA)
It is much like the 2/16 versions in Japan/Hong Kong, but COURSE MODE still appears as "Under Construction."

Philippines: AAA:2009121900 (not yet updated due to NO-Eamuse facility)
USA: UAA:2009020900 (updated with jp version but still under ongoing test)
UK: UAA:2008081900 (beta version, used in ATEI exhibit last month)

The site has been updated. It appears the course "BASE CAMP" has been unlocked, only notable for having SABER WING in it.
We shall see if the next set of X-Specials has been unlocked. My guess is no.
EDIT: ApparentlyOn the Break has been made available for all stages. Blue Rain has been unlocked

Only BASE CAMP confirmed so far. And it is the only addition to the official site for DDR X, so I think it's safe to say Blue Rain did not get unlocked this week.
