DDR X3 VS 2ndMIX (AC) (Japan)

Well DDR X3 was revealed about 3-4 months after the X2 soundtrack came out. So maybe we'll hear something about the next game in maybe September or October?

If we do I hope the music choices are much better than this one. I like the idea that they put the songs from DDR 2010 in the arcade but I think there should have been just as much, if not more, new Konami originals. I kinda have a feeling, with the partial track listing having been revealed, that we're not going to see anything too exciting for X3 like X2 had with roppongi EVOLVED Ver. D and Valkyrie Dimension. So far the most exciting thing, IMO, Konami has pulled out of the hat for X3 in terms of something new and exciting is Amalgamation, and that's only barely. They set the bar pretty high with X2 and have yet to meet it with X3, but maybe it wasn't meant to. Hopefully they reach or even raise the bar with the next release. Even if they do just Port DDR II songs.

That looks, so much easier than singles. If that's a 16 then deltaMAX is a 23 and Valkyrie dimension is a 30.

Remember how DDR X misrated a lot of X-Specials as 15s when they were closer to 13s? I see the Evolved songs the same way.

Are you crazy man? The D- chart is awesome, much better and much harder than S- . Surely is not a 16, but a worthy 15.

I wouldn't even put it at a 15. That's incredibly easy for a 16 foot chart. I have to finally agree, the chart ratings are being overly inflated.

The S- should be a 14, but in D- deserves the 15 rating.

I just watched the Type2 D- chart, and I'd say it's definitely easier than S-. S- has that section of a whole bunch of 4th note jumps resembling Drop Out, then later has triple jackhammer jumps that look like a (significantly) easier version of DEGRS's triplet jumps, followed by HDV-style crossovers (at a much more reasonable speed). D- removes all three of what I just described. S- should be a 15. D- should be a 14.
(Note that in Singles, neither Type1 nor Type3 have the jumping sections I described earlier.)

Yeah. It seems they dialed back a ton of the jumps from the singles chart. That d- chart is barely a 15 and only because it gets lumped in with the other Osaka charts and the BPM changes. If they dilute the type 3 d- chart, I'd even make the case for d- to be a 14.

It was only a matter of time before New York EVOLVED showed it's ugly chart to X3.

Ugly chart (not too ugly), but awesome song! I'm happy it made it into the game. Like roppongi and London, it's 3 versions are very different musically. I hope the one version we get on the soundtrack isn't ver.A. Version B was the best in my opinion.

Looks like New York Evolved will be on the EXTRA STAGE slot too, which makes me much more curious about what the EES will be. Hopefully London will get its own route so the EES will be left open for a new song!

Guys its less likely chance that Japan will ACTUAL rear the worst chart out of all of the EVOLVED series. I bet the devs at Japan did something to the chart to make it.....less retarded.
