I think I'd prefer a straight upload. Or maybe even something a bit simpler than what you have here, that just has a fade in with Song Title/Artist/Player Name.

Having the comment/subscribe at the end is fine, but I like the charm of hearing the arcade noises and the stomping.

yeah, i definitely prefer hearing the arcade noises and stepping.
i sometimes use the stepping noises to get an idea of how to do tricky parts with weird rythyms (the slow down in Pierce the Sky immediately comes to mind) and your videos have been pretty good for that

Wow, I hate when we hear the arcade noises personally. I like what he did there. We can see the steps and hear the song perfectly.

Personally, I think if we can see the person playing, we should be able to hear the person playing as well.

I'm getting a lot of mixed opinions here and on my channel haha. I probably would say I prefer arcade noises and footsteps under the condition that the overall audio quality is good. Maybe editing in the music would work better for videos I feel the music and foot steps are drowned out by the arcade noise. Also of course I know that some songs will simply not be able to use editing (Valkyrie and any other songs without a good line out or mp3). Either way I'm still very open to opinions and so we don't derail this thread I'd prefer you post them on my channel.


As for related stuff, there's a X2 tournament tomorrow. It should be a lot of fun and I'll take some videos.

Wh1te Ro5e is abslutely amazing. I assumed from the earlier vid with poor audio it was going to be my favorite song from the mix, and this definately confirms it. I love click house-y songs, and it touches on it at the very end.

I freaked out today at the arcade!!!

Long story short, it's truly a pain in the ass to get the 6 medals to attempt Valkyrie and then losing them all. It's especially annoying when you finally get to play encore stage and you get a f***ing PAD MISS in the beginning!!! OMG I flipped out (some of it on video). Keep in mind I usually keep my cool through situations with pad misses but in this case there is a big exception. Sorry, I just needed to vent a little. Tourny is in 10 hours.
