Their choice of sequel naming has no bearing on their release strategy for CS/AC...

Considering that in the song selection it just lists "tokyoEvolved" without a "(Type #)" I would say it is random.

London more than likely, New York probably less so. But I don't think many people would be suprised if they both did.

London isn't just likely, it's confirmed, announced by TAG at the rainbow rainbow release party. I figure New York EVOLVED is probably a given, since the other three EVOLVED songs that weren't on AC are making an appearance.
Also, osaka EVOLVED starts its rotation tomorrow so we'll get some action on that front.

I'd almost guess that there will w brand new evolved song to this mix (3 evolved songs in Japan (tokyo, osaka, roppongi), 3 outside of Japan (London, New York, maybe a 3rd), makes sense right?

Meh, but LA breaks the 3-versions theme. It sounds more like a type 4 for tokyo evolved imo.

Also chances of New York EVOLVED are.... surprisingly high. Think about this for a second, they are crossovering DDR I and II licenses. A updates version of New York is more than likely because it is regarded by many fans as the worst Evolved chart ever. (Some might argue L.A. is worst but thats besides the point.) They already fixed the freezes for the Wii, they can do it again here. And with that comes another hit to the crotch from Japan to America.

I can't imagine how anyone would say L.A. Evolved had the worst chart. I thought it was the most fun by far until London Evolved came around.
