It's almost a KONMAI but it isn't. The MAMMY spelling is so off but its a legit spelling.

It was changed to "Mommy" in American releases since "mammy" in American history was a stereotype of black women who were of a heavier build, elderly (or reaching the elderly age) and dark skinned, as well as being a term that began during the slavery period. But yes, in other territories, "mammy" is a simple variation of "mommy" and has nothing to do with the unfortunate American history behind the term.

KONMAI, the BEMANI Livestream Edition.
I don't know if this is only going to be heard live (or if they fix it afterwards), but when the camera fades in, the audio cuts off. They realize they have a problem and start switching the camera on and off, and the audio just keeps getting cut off lmao

I almost forgot I had this picture. BeatStream seems to have a thing against apostrophes (and by that, I mean every apostrophe in the game, not just this one).

a lot of japanese fonts fuck up apostrophes like that, it's konami's fault for not checking that before shipping out the game though

Ah, I forgot that some fonts do that. Even if the font was to blame, though, some songs are still entirely in English, so . . .

it's still a japanese-supporting font, probably some unchanged stock one because they are too lazy to just fix the apostrophe issue themselves (they are a huge company, it should not be hard for them)
