I can record all Stellar Master Mode songs if there is enough demand for them.
You should, I love Stellar Master Mode.

I'd be content with just Phantom, if that's okay Smile

I always found the generic videos of the Max - Extreme era to be awkward because of that. Despite some songs having their own "unique" bgas at certain parts of their video, other songs will still use them. Examples will be Destiny Lovers with their island, that is even on the cover, yet Irresistiblement and I believe Love <3 Shine also has the same island scene in their videos. Another would be Paranoia Survivor's forming machine that is also used in Sakura's video.

I wonder why they do that. :/

BURNING HEAT using gradius that also appears at GRADIUSIC CYBER
Makes sense, since both songs are based on Gradius tunes...

In ULTRAMIX 3 "I Just Wanna Live" seems to use an unused video from that timeframe. It's styled the same as all the videos of Vic Viper except it's Lord British, the red ship from the Gradius series.

Is is really Lord British, tough? It kinda remembles it, but it doesn't have the same design.
Also, I don't think it's an unused video, it totally looks like a new vid created for this game. Tongue

"Give me a steady beat."
I had a friend who's big on Gradius look at it and he also believes it is Lord British.

I'd like to see it for myself, if that's possible.

DDR X2 not only had dancing characters, it also had background videos. While most are done in the Extreme 2 style (that is, some Max-Extreme era RandomMovies tweaked in some way) some have nearly original videos made for the game. Plus some songs have dancing characters that dance on a stage and bg videos can be seen on a screen. The videos don't make use of a lot of video clips (some clips go longer than they should), as they probably weren't meant to be viewed on their own.("now what should I do next")

The other colored Rinons are seen on Valkyrie Dimension's video, but not on the videos of the songs on the RDA folder, except for the Yellow Rinon, which is seen dancing on Shiny World's video.

Methinks if Battle Mode was available, it might've been nice if VD on EES was played on Battle Mode gameplay with Dark Rinon. Maybe even on the RDA songs.

Thank you so much, Lord Toon!

Brilliant2U on Konamix uses the Challenge steps instead of the Maniac steps, and Cutie Chaser's 6-panel chart on the same game is about a quarter note out of beat.

Make a Jam! has the old Konami logo in(as) its background image.

The multi-song challenges in Supernova's master mode sometimes included the interface themes from DDRMax and I think DDR Extreme, as well as the music from that animal matching game in Extreme's party mode.

Ska a go go is by The Bald Heads but its club another version is by The Bald Head.

A couple songs in DDR Mario Mix include voice clips from Make a Jam!, think ya better D, and Funk Boogie.

There are three songs in DDR Disney Channel Edition that nobody's figured out how to unlock: Sakura, Moment 40, and Exotic Ethnic. I emailed the company and they said you had to get a AAA on any song in Beginner, Basic, and Trick, but the game does not use letter grades. Since I've had a few full perfect combos with no results, the only thing I can think is that you would need a full marvelous combo to unlock the songs, which is pretty rough.

About ska a go go, 'THE BALD HEADS' was a typo, the CLUB ANOTHER VER. had it right.

And those weren't voice clips 'from' MAKE A JAM/think ya better D, they're just samples which are widely used in other songs outside of BEMANI.

Don't recall if anyone mentioned MY SUMMER LOVE in DDRMAX US scrolls at the wrong BPM, making it completely off by the end.

It's the other way around. In the Club Version games, ska a go go (and the CLUB ANOTHER version) had THE BALD HEAD as the artist. When ska a go go reappeared on DDR EXTREME AC, the artist was slightly altered to the current THE BALD HEADS name.

Brilliant2U on Konamix uses the Challenge steps instead of the Maniac steps.
In DDR 4thMIX PLUS, some songs (BRILLIANT 2U amongst others) were given new steps on S-Heavy and/or D-Heavy. In some cases, when DDR EXTREME rolled around, the newer steps were moved to Challenge, with the old ones back on Heavy

In fact, there're the menu songs for DDRMAX, DDRMAX2, Extreme and Party Collection, along with the other song ("animal matching game")
