That's just Helvetica Black. It's probably called Geneva because they're both from Switzerland and they don't want to get sued.

The 'g' and 'j' are slightly elevated. It's neither.

Unless there's a setting in Photoshop to do that.

ok I've read that The Legend of Max is ariel or ariel black, but what fonts are used for the rest of the Max 300 series?

The font for MAXX unlimited is in the font pack, i don't remember what it was called.
FAXX is Digital
MAX 300 and SMMM, you could probably get away with Arial with custom heights/widths

I'm pretty sure that Maxx Unlimited uses 'Leaf' for the 'MAXX' portion - not sure about the 'UNLIMITED' font, though.

The "UNLIMITED" typeface kind of looks like Scooter but I'm not 100% sure. I'll have to check...
