It's fun if you can play it, and I guess frustrating if you're not used to turning your hips?
Most of the love/hate for the X3 charts seems to be based around the fact that they make you turn to the side, instead of staring head-on at the screen the whole time.

which I think is a good idea, they should have more charts like that, so I'm still trying to pass Smoooooch on Expert with a A, its hard I get so close.

Surrender makes up a lot of the rhythms, but they're not unreasonable and I actually like it. The chart repeats a little too much for my liking, gets a little stale even on the short version, but it's definitely interesting.
Man, I love Haunted Rhapsody the song. I wonder if Architect is NAOKI? Still not hot on the steps, but they're not as bad as I thought. Definitely not a 14 though, more like a 12. Feel the song could have a much better chart, as well.

Haunted Rhapsody was the first song I did on DDR II, and boy did I fail, haha i can only do a 12 footer at the moment, and when I went for the 14 I shat my self

I dunno... I really like Haunted Rhapsody, even if it really isn't a 14 (To call it a low 13 would even be generous if you're double-stepping the whole thing). And I think Tyma's got it down: playing charts the way they're supposed to be played (turns) VS double-stepping makes up a lot of that chart. I honestly like it, and when you get the turns down if can turn out to be a legit 13.

Okay I just got this game and wow! Rocket by Goldfrapp is in my opinion, the best licensed song in this game. So glad I can enjoy the full version as well. I might buy this album on iTunes.

It's much easier to play it properly than it is to double-step it. The only exception is the crazy bit in the middle, where you can double-step 2 arrows, to reset the direction of a really fast crossover, and instead play it as 2 easier streams.

not amazing but yeah, oddly good. i think the problem it has is that its just copy paste throughout the whole song. the double stepping even if intentional or not works perfectly, and so does the spins if you decide to go that route.

I passed deltaMAX with a C on pad. Not nearly as bad a grade as expected. The worst of it IMO is the beginning where it's low BPM and full of freezes. I can handle it semi decently once it gets into the 200 range. Gonna have to give it another go once I get some more stamina though.
Admittedly, I've been leading more toward the licenses and X2 material than 2011's new KOs. I'll make it a point to get to them on foot eventually

HOWEVER, it has shock arrows. Apparently, this game doesn't like shock arrows cuz Theory Of Eternity Challenge isn't there.

Off the top of my head I can think of roppongi Evolved ver. D, Paranoia Respect, MAX LOVE, HDV
