HOT TAKE: The next Pokémon games to get remade should not be Black and White, but rather Fire Red and Leaf Green. Now, you're probably thinking that Kanto doesn't need another remake. And I agree with that. But the reason FRLG needs to be remade is not because of Kanto and pandering to Genwunners. It's because the Sevii Islands are long overdue for an upgrade. And Fire Red and Leaf Green are the only Pokémon games to include them. Besides, it's been nearly twenty years since FRLG were released. And these games helped serve as an introduction to the Pokémon franchise for many people, myself included. As a result, remaking Fire Red and Leaf Green would be a full-circle moment for a large portion of the Pokémon fanbase. So, while Black and White may be next in line for getting remakes, I think Game Freak should wait a few years to do so and remake Fire Red and Leaf Green first. And if by some miracle FRLG remakes do end up happening, I suggest they be called Pokémon Blazing Fire Red and Rustling Leaf Green.

Lastly, I made a document detailing a regional Pokédex for a potential FRLG remake. Dex numbers 189-260 are the Johto Pokémon that can be caught in the Sevii Islands along with any evolutions and pre-evolutions they may have received over the years, as well as Deoxys. Once again, I have also included regional evolutions such as Clodsire.

I just check around here once every couple days to see if anything's going on, really. I think forum culture just isn't as strong as it used to be with things like Discord and Twitter really taking over. (fuck, they renamed Twitter to 'X'? jesus christ kill me)
