Two Southern California locations to report:
1. Arcade Infinity (Rowland Heights, CA). Local Mode. So yes pchuownsu, AI has SN2.
2. Golf 'n Stuff (Ventura, CA). Local Mode.
Gonna assume that the version number on both is the standard one.

If I wasn’t broke, I’d check if my arcade has got it.

Yeah, I went to AI today, and they have it, really....
LOL
Ummmm, it was ok, it was really fun the first time you play it.
The timing and the scoring is a lot better too.
Oh and about the serial numbers and the local mode, they're the same as all previous ones.

The chances of us getting e-Amuse? 1%. I have that much faith in Betson. Pitiful.
Anyone who's sent e-mail to Betson/Konami (*eyeing pie75*) got a response yet?

I got no response from Betson yet, I did get a response from Konami, but they just told me to e-mail their US Arcade e-mail. I did, but no response yet.

After I played SN2 yesterday, I noticed that after I was done playing the extra stage, the song that played in the credits was actually "Poseidon!!!!" Just hearing it made the game worth playing, lol. ;D
Has anyone known about this too, because it sounds familiar to me...

What I don't like about the CS versions from SuperNOVA onwards is that they removed the proper AC endings.
Like on SuperNOVA AC, where if you manage to get EXTRA STAGE or finish a course, you get the credits with the 1998 remix... but on the PS2 version you don't get anything.
Likewise on SuperNOVA2 PS2, they removed the AC ending animations...

Huh? They are both there. The normal credits are listed under credits in the options menu, and the ES/EES credits (Poseidon) are shown after ES/EES.

I just thought of something, if SN(US) didn't have e-amusement on it, how will SN2 have it as well since it isn't a Hardware Update.

The e-AMUSEMENT units can be attached to the machine. It comes separately.

Bad for today. I STILL don’t think I can go to my arcade to see if SN2 is there this weekend.
Good for the day. I might be getting Wi-Fi at my house in the next month or so. (Yes all this time I’ve used dial-up).;D

OK, a request for you guys.
Can someone with access to a SN2 or SN machine take a video scrolling through the ENTIRE song list including the old songs.
I just want to make sure that the song names and artists in the simfiles are 100% up to date.
