SUPER SMASH BROS. 4 [TRAILER(S)]

Smash Run is really great despite my low expectations and I love trying out the custom movesets. It's a shame they arent allowed for online gameplay as the alternate specials are just slight modifications of their originals and are quite balanced. It's not like most of these characters would be broken through them, lol certain characters atm are already broken (looking at you bowser with that side smash) with their regular movesets alone. Just really cant wait for the Wii U version, im in love with how Peach is in this game as im working my way around with her recovery and hovering on that nasty control pad.

Although the game is still fresh, a tier list for Super Smash Bros. for 3DS has been launched. Eventhubs has stated that Peach is top tier, followed by Rosalina & Luma, Sheik, Sonic, and Zero Suit Samus.

So, after having the game for a day (and finally playing Online) here's my opinions:

Still trying out characters at the moment, but right now I'm playing mostly Little Mac and Pit/Dark Pit. (honestly what is the difference)

Online was... slow, at least for me. My first match, it froze for about 20 seconds and then resumed. There was a lot of lag my first match, but my next 2 matches were smooth. Not sure what the problem is.

StreetSmash is cool...? I guess? I dunno, I haven't been able to play with anybody yet (only played the tutorial) but it seems alright from what I tried.

My opinions on the new characters: (missing the Fire Emblem characters or whatever they're from, I don't know which ones are new and which are old)

Little Mac: Solid fighter. I like close range fighters, so I like him.
Duck Hunt: Interesting. I like using all of his attacks, the one with the can is cool.
Villager: Hate him so much. All of his attacks suck, imo.
Pac-Man: Eh. He's moderate. Feels like a lot of other fighters to me.
Mega Man: Never really played a fighter like him. Almost all of his attacks are long-range. It's interesting to play him, I play with him online sometimes.
Palutena: never played
Dark Pit: Exactly the same as Pit
Rosalina & Luma: never played

I don't know why, but Smash Run is fun. I used either Marth or Captain Falcon to play.. and it's fun to see how I collect many boosts.

Online play sometimes is laggy.. probably in my area. What's more exciting is that feature to play songs in sleep mode.
Yep, the hype comes true.

oh? i only played as him on the demo and i quite liked his attacks, who knew he packs a lot of punch lol

So, the Wii U version of the game was confirmed to be released on November 21st for the US along with the first batch of amiibos, and December 5th for the EU.

Second batch of amiibos will be released in the US in early December, exact date not known.

ALSO, the 3DS version has managed to sell 2.8 million copies worldwide. A lot of smashing going on.

I like him, he has some pretty powerful attacks It's so satisfying when you his somebody with Tree

Am I the only one who isn't interested in the Amiibos? Yeah it's a clever thing to do, but it just doesn't interest me.

Not interested in them either.
Maybe for the aspect of them as a figurine, but not for their purpose of playing for you in a game.

Probably nobody can answer this, but can Gold carry over between the 3DS and WiiU versions? I'm planning to get the WiiU version on release date (already bought the 3DS version) and I don't want to have to start farming Gold all over again.
