I only know Pizza Box - (Ending - Monster G)
and now, Phantom - (Birdman)

and I think the one at Nitro's sounds like and instrumental for DoLL, but I'm probably wrong.

I'm a major Stellar Master Mode Geek because I grew up with DDR SuperNOVA. XD

Funny you should bring that up. I'm pretty sure that Uguisu borrows heavily from Vanity Angel, as well.

Sadly, that machine is gone it's been there since like 2001 or 2002. It was the nearest DDR place from my house (Only 1 Angkot [Angkutan Kota; City Public Transport] ride from my house..)

and for UGUISU it had some audio that it would seem like they remix a portion of Vanity Angel and looped it from there

Fun Fact : when i checked what UGUISU could mean if it was a japanese word (which it is)
