Nope, Almagest was indeed the only OMES in PARALLEL ROTATION, everything else was just EXTRA STAGE whichever way you put it.

I kind of hope perditus†paradisus is not the Boss OMES. I'm getting a little sick of piano core being Extra Stage all of the time.

He never said that. He said that his is not a beatnation artist, and his team has no affiliation with BEMANI. But many artists who have no formal affiliation with BEMANI continue to produce songs for BEMANI games.
He explicitly said he'd always be a part of DDR too, so don't worry about that either.
