Well, to be fair, bag was a BROKEN chart and NGO was just a bad one, and NGO trounced it.
NGO is also a broken chart, it's horribly off-sync, a lot of the rhythms are wrong, and the slowdown is practically a whole beat off of what is happening in the song at points. And that's all on top of those janky jumps.

I did played Beautiful Life, it was at least on sync but with a whole bunch of different BPM changes.
Pluto the First was just horrible! Worse than NGO, but not as much as DEAD END ("GROOVE RADAR" Special)

Beautiful Life is technically an abomination but I think just the fact that Pluto the First has so much more importance gives it the edge here. Sort of like how part of what makes DEGRS so terrible is that people keep choosing it in KAC.
