This site actually allows for some neat comparisons, Z-I-V is also ahead of DDRFreak, ITGFreak, DDRUK, and AIJ.
Of course, Bemanistyle also has more than the above 5 sites combined.

I agree, there are some packs that are not available here or even in its mirror, "stepmania download source" (did I just say that out loud?). But the big drag is that they conform to DWI standards (hard to create simple things like add a cdtitle, etc.) and some songs don't have their own videos ( both true.... songs, i feel..., sakura, etc.)
